By engaging Anderson Custom Cabinets for services, you agree to these terms. Our services include custom cabinet design, construction, and installation. All work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates based on normal conditions. Actual completion may vary due to material availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule.

Payment Terms

Payment schedule requires 30% deposit upon contract signing, 50% at installation start, and final 20% upon project completion. All payments are due within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

Material and Workmanship

We use premium materials and provide skilled workmanship on all projects. Natural wood variations in grain and color are normal characteristics and not considered defects. We will address any legitimate workmanship issues promptly and professionally.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and project requirements, ensuring site access for our team, and protecting personal belongings during installation. Any changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. All work is covered by our comprehensive warranty as outlined in your service agreement.
