Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellations made before construction begins are eligible for full refund minus a $200 design fee. Cancellations after construction has started will be charged for materials ordered and work completed to date.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under specific circumstances including significant delays caused by our company, material defects not resolved within reasonable time, or failure to meet agreed-upon specifications. Custom cabinets built to your specifications are generally not eligible for refund once construction is complete.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue occurrence. We will review each request individually and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Warranty vs. Refund

Many issues are covered under our comprehensive warranty rather than requiring a refund. We will always attempt to resolve problems through repair or replacement before considering refund options. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the final result.

Non-Refundable Items

Design consultations, custom measurements, and special-order materials are non-refundable. Installation services completed to specification are also non-refundable, though we will address any legitimate workmanship concerns under our warranty.
